Experiential and Attachment-Focused
Experiential therapy prioritizes lived emotional experience, not just insight. When experiences can be felt, processed, and integrated within a safe relational context, new possibilities for regulation and connection can emerge.
Attachment-focused work recognizes that many patterns develop in relationship and are most effectively healed in relationship. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a central part of the work.
Trauma-Informed Integration
My approach begins with AEDP and is informed by EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapies. These methods are used thoughtfully and selectively, always in service of the nervous system rather than adherence to any single model.
This integration allows the work to remain responsive, flexible, and deeply attuned.
Beyond Technique
You do not need to understand therapy models to benefit from this work. These approaches describe the lenses I use behind the scenes, not expectations placed on you. What matters most is how safe, supported, and able to engage you feel in the process.
